Wealth, fame, power…Gol D Hunter, the Treasure Hunter King, attain these and everything the world had to offer. And his dying words drove endless souls to the hunt.
“You want my treasure? You can have it! I have hidden them all over the world! Go ahead and find them! Only the best will succeed!”, Gol D Hunter roared to the crowd before him.
His words moved men to embark on an adventure, in pursuit of dreams greater than they could ever imagine! This adventure is known the Great Crypto Treasure Hunt!

The Treasure Hunting spirit spread like wildfire. With massive riches hidden all over the world for anyone to find, countless men from the various clans picked up treasure hunting tools and went on their journey to gain fame, wealth, and power.
Before long, guilds started to form, and they all eventually merged into a giant guild called the Genesis Treasure Hunters’ Guild. The Guild gathers information from all over to provide clues as to the whereabouts of the hidden treasures. They gather these location targets and clues from various sources such as the treasure hunter kings’ old crewmates, enemies, rivals, supporters, haters, various prophets and seers, etc.
After verifying the target location of the hidden treasure across their sources, the guild releases the target to the treasure hunters with a reward for the person who finds it and gives it to the guild. The guild then auctions the treasure to the pawn shops or highest bidders to continue to fund the guild and the hunts.
The guild has a Hall of Fame for Treasure Hunters or Treasure Hunting Groups who finds the treasures. They will also give the Hunters a Doubloon from the hunt as a form of appreciation.

The 5 main Races belong to Clans with the same names – Mole, Monkey, Owl, Bat and Camel. They each have various strengths and weaknesses in finding Treasure, hence it is common to see them teaming up in the hunt.
They usually each carry a Treasure Hunting Tool, Communication Equipment and Magic Badge.
Treasure Hunting Tools became quite popular after the Great Crypto Treasure Hunt Started. After a while, each hunter will have a favorite tool that they carry around all the time. They use these tools to help them look for clues during their hunt.
Communication Equipment or commonly known as Comms, are traditionally used to contact people in the event of an emergency. Hence teams usually carry a variety of comms to ensure they have different ways they can contact others if they need help. Coincidentally, comms sometimes picks up on random chatter or images of clues.
Magic Badges are badges sold by the 5 Magic Guilds. The Magic badges acts as a one-way communication line between the magic guilds to owners of the badges. Since the great treasure hunt began, magic guilds have been losing followers and funds. They have turned to selling magic badges which provides clues to survive. Badges became quite popular among Treasure Hunters as they occasionally get whispers of clues to the hunt through the badges from the 5 different Magic Guilds – Golding, Diamo, Sapphira, Rubia, Emeraldia. The badges are also typically sold together with enchanted scarfs of different colors, which flies back to the guilds in the event the treasure hunter has fallen.

Reward Claims Submission
Submit Reward Claims to #reward-claims channel in our Discord when you find the treasure. First person to send it gets the reward. Hunters who submit after the first person have submitted will not receive any rewards.
As long as the winner is determined (all necessary details and images are submitted, and the win is determined as legitimate, funds will be released within 7 days from winning)

Rumours are hints of which equipment (tools, comms, badge) will have clues in an upcoming hunt, or which race will have a better clue.

Monkey
FINDS RANDOM CLUES
They are naturally curious and sharp. Likes to rummage through things, climb trees, play with things. Finds 1 clue per hunt.
Owl
FINDS PICTURE CLUES
They see well in the dark and in the light. Flies silently to spy on things without detection, even in a crowd. Finds 1 clue per hunt.
Mole
FINDS DESCRIPTIONS CLUES
They have poor eyesight, but very good sense of touch. They can feel the vibrations in the ground as they dig for clues and treasure. Finds 1 clue per hunt.
Bat
FINDS AUDIO CLUES
They have poor eyesight but make up for it with good sense of hearing and echolocation. Finds 1 clue per hunt.
All Races will get a new clue at the start of every Hunt, except for Camels, which will have a delay. But Camels can find an infinite number of clues compared to the others who only will find 1 during each hunt.
Camel
SLOW IN FINDING CLUES, BUT CONSISTENTLY FINDS THEM
The most persistent and resilient in a hunt. They do not find clues as fast as the rest, but they find more than them as time passes.
Treasure Hunting Equipment
There are 3 types of Treasure Hunting Equipment – Tools, Comms, and Badges.
Tools Tools used for Treasure Hunting, occasionally Hunters find additional clues while using them.
Comms Communication Equipment. Mainly used for communication in event of emergency, but occasionally picks up additional clues in the form of random chatter or images.
Badges Magic Badges not only acts as a decoration, but the magic crystals act as a communication line between magic guilds and the treasure hunters. Since the great treasure hunt began, magic guilds have been losing their followers and funds. They have since turned to selling magic badges to treasure hunters, through which the guilds occasionally send clues that they find to the hunters who wears them. Note: There are a total of 10 types of Tools and Comms each, and 5 types of Badges. Different items may randomly receive or find clues at different times and in different hunts. Usually, 1 of each type of Equipment will find 1 clue per hunt.

delocs is a Singapore based entrepreneur.
Inspired by his favorite manga/anime “One Piece”, he created Treasure Hunter King, an NFT based Treasure Hunting Game where players can take part in treasure hunting adventures for real rewards. The Game is designed such that players will be able to feel the thrill of a treasure hunting adventure on the go and encourages the forging of friendships for teamplay in the game.

Treasure Hunter King NFT is built on the Polygon network and listed on Opensea. We want to have it on Opensea because it is the most popular NFT marketplace and is on that most people are familiar with. For the network, we chose Polygon due its low gas fees.
The Rewards will be released to winners on the Polygon Blockchain, in USDC or DAI. If we find other stablecoins that we deem to be safe in the future, we may consider using them. The community may also vote on which stablecoins they prefer, just reach out to our friendly mods, and if the coin seems safe, we can vote to have it as one of the coins we use.
No. Treasure Hunts will continue perpetually as long as there are hunters who want to hunt. Phase 1 where character NFTs are sold has a cap on the number of characters and therefore limited. However, in Phase 2 and beyond, where hunts are based on event tokens and more, hunts can be limitless. The size of the hunts depends on the capacity and number of hunters.
50% of the sales will be allocated for rewards (or treasure pool) and distributed to the winners of the hunts. Instead of spending everything on marketing, we prefer to grow our community as organically as possible and allocate as much as we can to the treasure pool and to our community.
10,000 NFTs are allocated for this project. However, we may consider increasing to 20k or more if the community votes for it. The larger the amount of NFTs and Community, the higher the competition, but the more and greater the rewards pools.
Camels will continue dropping clues.
However, if nobody manages to find the treasure after a reasonable amount of time, the hunt may be classified as having a lost treasure, and the fate to be determined. Such fate includes either an increase in the treasure reward and hunt extended; treasure to be combined with other future hunts; a new hunt to be created for a same of treasure, or others to be determined.
No, mods will not be allowed to participate in the hunt. Even though they will not have access to the clan and equipment clues unless they have the respective NFTs, we do not want to have any potential issues regards to the fairness of the game.
Funds will only be controlled and released to winners of hunts by the founder to prevent any foul play.
THK is a project with a long-term horizon. Any foul play or not giving of rewards promised will be detrimental to the Founder, the Team and to the Community.
Winners will have to post the wallet address for rewards to be sent to, and transactions can be traced on the blockchain. If funds are not transferred, the community will know.
Founder will be available to be doxed by certain partnerships, influencers and KOLs that the project work with.
In the event of discord or server issues/errors, the team will view all available evidence to determine the true winner. If there are any doubt in legitimacy of winner, or there are suspicion of foul play, the treasure for that hunt will not be released, and a new hunt of the same reward will be held to ensure fairness to all.
Post the uncropped image/screenshot together with your discord username(s), wallet address (and % distribution in the event of teams), your Treasure Hunters’ Numbers, and any comments/message for everyone (to be included in the hall of fame for the hunt, no profanities or un-sportsmanship elements allowed)
As long as the winner is determined (all necessary details and images are submitted, and the win is determined as legitimate, funds will be released within 7 days from winning)
In the event of teams, each wallet address, as well as the percentages to be distributed will need to be posted accordingly.
Treasure Hunter Strategies
Sleeping/Social Media Hunter
Camp in Treasure Hunter King Social Medias, using the social media clues, wait until you spot a hunt that you are familiar with (you know where to look) before buying a hunter to join the hunt.
Pros – No money down.
Cons – Lose precious time.
Lazy Hunter
Buy 1 NFT, wait for a target/hunt that you know where to look before joining the hunt and searching for the treasure.
Camel Hunter
Get a Camel, wait for hunts that drag on, meaning it is no longer just a competition of speed, but one of wits. Join in the fray with the extra camel clues and find it with your wits.
Pros – No rush, benefit if you like to take your time, and is persistent and resourceful.
Cons – Other hunters have a head start.
Team Hunter
Team up with different clans/races, with different equipment, comms, etc to increase chances of finding the treasure.
Pros – Higher chance, more clues, more heads.
Cons- Lesser loot, need to share with teammates.
Casual Hunter
Get 2 to 3 Hunters of different clans, follow clues and try to find the treasure.
Power Hunter
Get 4 to 5 Hunters of different clans, follow clues and try to find the treasure.
All in Hunter
Get more than 5 Hunters of different clans with planned wide variations of equipment, comms and badges to maximize clues and chances of finding treasure.
The Outsource Hunter
Get as wide a variety of hunters and equipment as you can. Outsource the hunt to friends, families, etc by giving them all the clues and offer them a fraction of the reward for the first one to find the treasure (provided you win).
Pros – Relatively infinite amount of people helping you find the treasure, depending on your resourcefulness.
Cons – An untrustworthy friend who knows of Treasure Hunter King may just use the clues you provide and steal your reward with little investment if they manage to find the treasure first.
Tips and Tricks
1. Team up with other players with different Races, Tools, Badges, Comms, etc to increase your chances of finding the treasure first! Though you may have to split with your teammates.
2. To increase chance of finding the treasure, make sure you get as many clues as possible during each hunt by getting a variety of Races, Tools, Badges, Comms, etc.
3. Follow all our Socials and be active on them to ensure you do not miss out on any new rumours or clues for the next hunt.
4. Read up on our Treasure Hunter Strategies or discuss strategies in our Discord to see which Strategy suits you in your hunt.
5. Bring in non-hunters(or muggles) to aid you in your treasure hunt. You can offer a reward for those who helps you find the treasure. See Treasure Hunter Strategies – The Outsource Hunter.
6. Having all 5 Races/Clans increases your chance of finding the treasure tremendously.
7. Listening to Rumours may help you greatly in the next hunt, though they may not always be right.
8. Clues does not necessarily come from the same source as the treasure/target, but they point towards the treasure/target.
9. Owning more NFTs does not necessarily mean you have an advantage. You need to have a wide variety to of characters and equipment to get as many clues as possible. Variety trumps Quantity in a Hunt.
10. Having a team member who watches a lot of films helps a lot.
11. Watching more Movies or TV Series helps increase your chances of winning.
12. Follow our Discord Posts closely for the timing for the next hunt!
13. Having a Hall of Fame token may give you an advantage for Future Hunts.
14. The first one to post the treasure on the correct Discord Channel wins the treasure. Make full use of the time you have on your hands.
